Privacy policy

strata is a Discord game bot. This page explains what it stores and why.

What we store

• Your Discord user id, so your progress follows you between servers.
• The server ids you have played in, and per-server counters (weekly digs), for server leaderboards and expeditions.
• A server's announcement channel id when an admin sets one.
• Game state: your fragments, skeletons, tools, funding, level, contracts, trades, votes, and a ledger of funding changes.

We do not read or store message content. The bot uses only the GUILDS gateway intent. Usernames are looked up live from Discord and are not stored.

Who can see it

Your museum, profile, and leaderboard position are visible to other players who ask for them. Everything else is shown only to you.

Third parties

Votes arrive from top.gg and discordbotlist.com as your Discord user id. Nothing is shared with anyone else. Data lives on a single server operated by the bot's owner, backed up nightly.

Deleting your data

Ask in the support server or contact the operator. All rows tied to your user id are deleted; this cannot be undone.
